The Symphony (Low Tea)
A delicious bowl of homemade soup or chicken consommé. Fresh mixed field greens with your choice of our homemade dressing. An assortment of freshly baked scones, muffins, and sweetbreads served complete with your choice of our house made jam, lemon curd, honey butter and Katherine’s Special Clotted Cream. A variety of our individually prepared sweet and savory tea sandwiches. Sweet plate – A selection of our delectable cookies, pastries, and tarts. Includes your pot of tea.
